Surgical Representative 
I have been working as a Surgical Advanced Clinical Practitioner since the end of 2015 in Emergency General Surgery. My background prior to working as an ACP is within critical care and as a resuscitation officer. 
I love teaching, I am an ALS & GIC Instructor as well as a visiting lecturer on the BCU Advanced Practice MSc course. 
I have had the privilege and challenge of leading multiple PDSA change cycles and lead the development of a surgical SDEC unit where I currently work. I’d love to see all ACP’s routinely having job plans and support to work and develop across all 4 pillars of advanced practice.
